1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from sydserve.com.au, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our site or services.

2. Products and Pricing
Prices are in AUD and include GST unless noted. Stock may vary. We may limit quantities or withdraw items anytime. Images are for reference only.

3. Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed Mon–Sat. Delivery is limited to selected areas; charges may apply. We are not liable for third-party delivery delays.

4. Click & Collect
Items must be collected within 3 days. Unclaimed perishables may be discarded without refund.

5. Returns & Refunds
Claims must be made within 24 hours (perishables) or 7 days (others). Refunds/replacements apply to damaged, spoiled, or wrong items. Proof of purchase is required.

6. Allergens & Dietary Info
We do not guarantee allergen-free handling. Customers with severe allergies should use caution.

7. Payment Terms
We accept major cards and other displayed payment options. Orders are only fulfilled after confirmed payment.

8. Privacy & Data

9. Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from site use or product issues, except as required by law. Third-party failures are beyond our control.
